Motion of Earth Satellites

Exploration -- Aim at Madagascar

NASA is planning to launch a satellite on a circular orbit of altitude 500 km, that would take it directly from flying over Cape Canaveral to flying over Madagascar. Advice NASA, about the values of the velocity components of the satellite as it passes over Cape Canaveral so that it will later fly over Madagascar.

Hint: Use the trial and error method to find the velocity components. Also try to make use of sine and cosine functions.
